To provide intern students with information and opportunities to explore different areas of the Rooms Division including the following: front desk, PBX operator, Night Audit, Reservations, Guest Relations and Housekeeping (supervisory duties). Developing and maintaining customer service skills. The intern will learn reservation computer system, reservations procedures, and learn how the front desk interacts with all other departments within the Rooms division.

  1. Ability to communicate in English with guest, co-workers and management to their understanding.
  2. Previous experience or knowledge of Rooms operation preferred.
  3. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.


  1. Current International College Student
  2. Sanitation Certificate.
  3. Ability to communicate in multiple languages
