Oversees revenue management activities for multiple properties. Has overall responsibility for balancing the financial objectives of the hotels revenue channels to maximize total revenue. Accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory management within their respective market using e-commerce tools like Rainmaker. Oversees all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis. Works with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and recommend sales strategies across all distribution channels for pricing of the transient customer and assists daily with approving group rates in Business Review meeting. Acts as primary contact for and maintains productive relationships with all assigned leadership in the hotel including the GM, Director of Finance, Director of Rooms, Director of Event Sales & Conference Services, owners, key operational leaders and the corporate team.

Minimum two years of direct revenue management experience with proven positive results and background with Rainmaker or IDEAS tools as well as experience with Opera and Delphi.
